Brian Wiles-Young

I am a retired auto mechanic. I have always enjoyed working with my hands. I took a pottery class many years ago and have been “hooked on clay” ever since. I make functional and artistic pieces from stoneware clay. All of my glazes are food safe. I find inspiration in everything I do, and everywhere I travel. I am always looking to push myself to make bigger pieces. My basement studio is my centering space, for my mind and my pottery.
